Dearest Guests and Clients,

You must have many questions and possible concerns about getting your services done now that they have lifted the restrictions on Halton and are allowing our salon to reopen.

I want to assure you that we are taken all possible measures to ensure that our guests are in a safe comfortable environment here at Creatively Beautiful inc. / Salon Philosophies: Hair and Makeup Studio.

What will the new Creatively Beautiful Inc./ Salon Philosophies: HAIR EXPERIENCE will look like during Covid-19

As we all navigate through this evolving pandemic and as businesses begin to reopen, ensuring the health and safety of our clients, team, and community remains our top priority.

We remain committed to doing everything we can to help flatten the curve. In doing so, we wanted to share the new procedures we have implemented during these extraordinary times.

  • We ask for your patience and understanding during this time of transition.  We are diligently  working on getting your appointments booked and preparing the salon.
  • We will be seeing clients by appointment only.
  • We practice safe distances, except when team members are servicing clients. To accomplish this, we will modify appointment schedules accordingly.
  • We have placed plexi glass between stations for our guests and staff’s safety.
  • Stylists will have one client each at a time in the salon, unless two guests have been socially distancing together during this time.
  • As much as we love to hug our clients, will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time, but instead engage in touch-less greetings.
  1. When booking your appointment you will be asked
    a) Have you had any flu like symptoms like fever, runny nose, body aches, that are not a pre existing condition.
    b) Have you been in contact with someone that has or has had contracted Covid 19.
    c) Have you been requested to self isolate due to have being in a large groups, where socially distancing was not respected?
    d) Have you travelled anywhere where you may have been exposed to Covid-19 in the past 16 days?
  2. It is mandatory to wear a face mask in the location at all times (please bring a personal mask with you, if you choose or we will have disposable masks available in location).
  3. Arrive in clean clothing, with only your personal device and form of payment.
  4. Arrive no more than five minutes before your booked appointment, as designated waiting areas will no longer be available. You will be asked to wait outside until your service provider is ready to serve you.  You can choose to wait in your car if you choose.
  5. Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets will be asked to stay at home unless they are a client receiving a service.
  6. Accept the terms and conditions sent to you via appointment confirmation, prior to arriving at the location.
  7. Depending on the appointment, most haircut clients will be asked to arrive with clean, dry hair without any styling product(s) applied.
  8. We will be accepting debit, visa or mc during this time.
  1. You will be asked to confirm if you are feeling well – no fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
  2. When you arrive you will be asked to call the salon to confirm your arrival. We will be able to provide you with a timeline when your stylist will be ready and we will send you a text when to come in to the salon when the current client is completed.
  3. Arrive through the FRONT DOOR ONLY. The back door will remain locked at all times and the back porch area is for the staff only.  The Only entrance and exit is through the front of the salon.
  4. Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or sanitation stations provided.
  5. Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted in the salon. Magazines and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.
  6. Blow dry services will be limited based on salon capacity. If you choose not to get a blow dry or style you will save money at the end of your service and reflected on your receipt.
  1. Wear a mask and glove at all times.
  2. Wash their hands, before and after every appointment.
  3. Clean and disinfect all tools with alcohol, or barbacide before and after every appointment. Artists will have several tools to alternate with for proper time to disinfect between clients.
  4. Clean and disinfect their chair and station and wash basin, before every appointment.
  5. Sanitize their hands throughout the service if they change tools or step away from their station at any time.
  6. Everything used will go directly in the wash (single use) only.
  7. Team Stay home if they are sick and/or not feeling well.
  • We will be extending appointments to ensure a thorough consultation, health screening check and that the salon is disinfected before and after every client.
  • We have special hours for our Clients that have compromised immune systems, elderly clients and clients with young children.
  • We will offer a full serviced appointment once a day at the end of the day for those individuals who want to have a blow dry service. This ensures that there is at least a 12 hour period of time to allow for any airborne substances or air currents to clear and be properly disinfected.
  • A five dollar fee will be added to each clients receipt to offset the COVIC-19 PPE and related cost.
